| One-on-one training is ALWAYS better, no matter what you are learning. The distraction factor for both you and your dog will be minimal when you are in your own environment. Classes are most beneficial for socializing puppies (VERY IMPORTANT!). Classes are also helpful for dogs that have had prior training; it gives you the opportunity to work your dog around the distractions inevitable in an environment with other dogs and people. |
